About Our Founder

Dr. Rubhesh Jha is a logophile who loves to tell stories through business and books. Always excited to discover uncharted territories, he is an explorer and believer in the potential of AI, blockchain, and IoT to solve pressing global challenges like climate change. Whether it's gigaton-scale carbon capture deployment, trillion-dollar climate finance for green transitions, or DAOs for climate action, he advocates for integrated, systemic, and holistic approaches to complex problems. His work spans initiatives like ClimateActionX.com, ClimateFi.Finance, ClimateBuddha.org, and GreenNova.Energy.

As a senior ICT executive, he has lived and worked across Asia Pacific, Africa (Ethiopia), Europe (Austria), and the Middle East (UAE). He champions ICT-driven solutions to unlock human potential and build a cohesive, connected world. Grounded in integrity, he prioritizes customer success and identifies as an Earth citizen at heart, fueled by curiosity, continuous learning, and innate optimism.

He is international partner for Nepal for World Business Angels Investment Forum (WBAF), an affiliated partner of the G20 - Global Partnership for Financial Inclusion (GPFI) chaired by Her Majesties Queen Maxima of the Netherlands. WBAF is an international organization aiming to ease access to finance for businesses from start up to scale up to exit, with the ultimate goal of generating more jobs and more social justice worldwide.He holds Doctorate in Business administration from UCAM, Spain.
